1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "58pkr" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" — refers to the 58pkr online gaming platform accessible at 58pkr.net and its associated services, products, and operations.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 58pkr platform, creating a user account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on the platform.

4 Account Management

Each user is permitted to hold one single registered account on 58pkr. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited, regardless of the payment method, device, or personal details used. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 58pkr reserves the right to close all associated accounts and retain any funds held therein to offset investigation costs and any losses suffered by the platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 58pkr support immediately.

58pkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, identity misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits to and withdrawals from your 58pkr account are denominated and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported on the platform:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet, typically instant credit
• EasyPaisa — mobile wallet, typically instant credit
• HBL (Habib Bank Limited) — bank transfer, subject to standard banking processing times
• UBL (United Bank Limited) — bank transfer, subject to standard banking processing times
• Meezan Bank — bank transfer, subject to standard banking processing times

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per calendar month. Current applicable limits are displayed within the cashier section of your account dashboard and may be updated by 58pkr from time to time.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically feasible. 58pkr reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. The platform will not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

58pkr offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered users including, but not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures and other major cricket events. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the promotional page and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms and Conditions.
• Bonuses are awarded per eligible account holder. Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and is a violation of these Terms.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 58pkr platform are final once confirmed. You are solely responsible for reviewing the details of any bet — including selection, stake amount in PKR, and applicable odds — before confirming. 58pkr will not reverse or amend a confirmed bet except in the specific circumstances described below:

• A sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned and no result is determined within the applicable settlement window specified for that market.
• A technical error results in an incorrect price being displayed and accepted, in which case 58pkr reserves the right to settle the bet at the correct price or void the bet entirely.
• An event is determined to have been subject to match-fixing or other integrity violations, in which case 58pkr reserves the right to void all bets on the affected market.

All casino game outcomes on 58pkr — including slots, live dealer tables, Hi-Lo, and Monster Hi-Lo — are determined by certified random number generation systems. 58pkr does not manipulate game outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 58pkr platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using the platform for any money laundering activity or to facilitate the proceeds of criminal conduct.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not consistent with genuine individual human play.

9 Intellectual Property
